Dr. Ujwala Sunil Shinde, LL.M and Ph.d. in Law (A Critique of Alternative Dispute Resolution Systems in India: Problems & Prospects) is having more than 37 years of experience as Advocate as well as Principal of different Law Colleges. She is empanelled as a Mediator with Main Mediation Center of Bombay High Court in 2020 and also empanelled as an Arbitrator/Conciliator with Main Mediation Center of Bombay High Court in 2023. She is a Sr Legal consultant in the AQUA LEGAL team.
